Normally at this time of years I watch the changing of the university students. Flats and houses are mucked out, windows cleaned. Places are normally empty in July until the students arrived in August too.

This year there not. And there not being rented to students.

There a wave of Londoners moving into the area. After all the crime in London people are getting out. It's not just south coast, anywhere within an 90 min train ride of London.

And they seem to be bring London's crime problem with them. A scooter gang was working in the area last week, that's never happened here before. They were almost beaten to death for using the cycle lanes and using plastic bags :hand:

It's becoming clear to all London's failure to address and deal with crime is now affecting towns in the commuter belt.
