So now. if she survives tomorrow's vote, The PM will go crawling to the EU saying 'now look what you've done.'

Then when they say sucks boo to you, you wanted to leave....she will come home and try for a no deal Brexit, after trying to jiggle her piece of fancy through Parliament again.

"you wanted to leave" does not mean Theresa, we know her heart wasn't init.

The DUP have already said they will back the Prime Minister in the confidence vote.. their issue wasn’t about her as PM. They also fear a labour leader who in the past, has affiliated himself with Republicans.. Corbyn doesn’t give a shit about Northern Ireland and would happily sell it off to a United Ireland..

Well here what we do know:

Few MP's want to leave the EU.
Time is running out to pass a new EU withdrawal bill.
There is no time to pass a bill reversing Brexit.
There is no time to pass a bill allowing for a second referendum.
The EU will not extend the UK leave date passed the EU elections in May.

As it stands today, due to no withdrawal agreement:

All EU nationals require visas from 29 March.
All access to public funds for EU nationals stops on 29 March. ( Schools, health care, welfare payments and pensions, including Ireland nationals living in the Northern Ireland)
Freedom of movement ends on 29 March.
All imports from the EU will be subject world trade rules from 29 March.
The open skies agreement ends.

There a lot more, but the list would take all day.

I kept trying to work out how a hard brexit would affect me and my daily life
Food prices mite go up, electronics goods may too.......house prices may fall......they will tax us more, but they always do

With labour shortages in the NHS and education, wages may go up to attract people

I feel for most of us, a hard brexit will have little impact.

Theresa has this completely under control. Labour will be brushed aside later this evening and then its back down to serious business. The size of her defeat in the vote plays right into Britains hands. She has shown the EU that shes done everything she can to get this bill passed and shes come up against a stone wall. The only option left now is for the EU to make some serious concessions. Failing that she should tell them to stick it and leave without a deal [smiley-finger007.gif]

It's that funny old Irish joke come to life.

How ten Irishmen and women saved the United Kingdom.

Then, did you hear the one about the …………………………………….?

I've been sitting here for the last few days trying to work out what's going wrong with our Parliament system. I have meet a lot of MP's over the years. [9n5.gif]

The conclusion I came to was its about them, not politics or party......just the "individual"

Politics today seem to be more "Raj" than democracy. Silly people who trained to become bureaucrats at an early age now trying to be more than they are or ever were.

All of them wouldn't look out of place working in a back office at the inland revenue or local council.

I think it is the money that attracts them, like flies round a jam jar. With no training they can find themselves running the country.
We should leave it to those trained to lead, the toffs of our society; boys who have been to Eton and know how to act and behave and,,,have no need of a salary, or expenses, but will do it as a hobby! :proud:

Another good performance by Theresa May in the commons today. Shes inching ever closer to getting the deal everyone felt was impossible. Meanwhile Jeremy Corbyn is making himself look a bigger tit with each day that passes.
