The smart money is on Penny Mordaunt. People are waiting to see if she resigns and makes a bid for the leadership.

2 gone by 9am. How many more?

None would be the answer to that. Well not yet anyway.

All I see is a bunch of headless chickens running in circles flapping their wings. The only person showing any sign of control is Theresa May.

What I dont see is anyone who's prepared to relieve her of her duties. Its all shouting from the sidelines, nothing or noone of any substance forthcoming.

It seems that Moggies letter was the one to bring up the total needed to force a leadership election.
We now have to see if they can find someone brave enough to take over.
She won't make it easy for them.

I think the grinding machine that is Theresa May has got it just about covered now.
She offers Her deal...or Brexit, and she is prepared for both.
I think I lean towards Brexit, just for the freedom and a chance to decide our own futures.

Her deal, which is not really what we want is the only deal on offer, it seems and we are stuck with it; so it's stay...or go.

It seems that the public are turning her way, as are Parliament. It does begin to look as though she, our PM, has been playing a very long game: and begins to look like a winner. IF, she manages to shut off the malignants. :proud:
