Today i am starting my diet and exercise plan! I am determined to lose a stone by the end of the summer! :rarrr:

Il join ya posh iv 5 weeks till me hols i could do with loosing a stone and half by then

will have to do snap shots of the scales tho other wise we could say we have lost x amount of pounds when we aint

iv just got on the scales and OMFG :crying:

its all this sites fault we sit on our arses nibbling and not moving

so whens the first big way in and then every sunday morning we will weight again ????

i like the fact this could get competative NO pinky lifter will win meeeeeeeeeeeee :boxing:
