They are hard to use, these lesser channels. I got on to channel 5, only because a programme had had a good write up. I got in to such a mess, having to watch almost continuous adverts as I tried to move on, or back, or find the next episode, I got pisssed off. So I will never know what the Blood was all about., except that it was, what I managed to see, in hushed faux Irish.

When I moved abroad the only English channels I could get were BBC1 and 2. I watched them both for 20 years. Then with advancements in technology I managed to get a whole host of other tv channels including ITV. I hated it. I couldnt get used to ITV at all. You lot probably wont notice but there is a huge difference between the quality of programs on BBC and ITV. ITV is pretty tacky to say the least, hence I still dont get much further than BBC 1 and 2. I have my sport channels now which I never used to have so can keep an eye on the Golf and Football but wandering into the realms of Channel 4 and beyond is something I rarely do.

Have to say that I hate, loathe and detest TV adverts.
It's why I love old Auntie Beeb. And, I notice that some ITV repeats on player are ad free now. Love that.

Finding a ton of music on my desktop computer that I downloaded in the pirating days and managing to transfer it onto my mobile phone. Who needs Spotify when you can get it all your music for free :winedrinker:
