Whole grain pasta. It tastes nice but the colour is a bit off putting.

I did the whole "healthy eating thingy" for around a year. Then I had another heart attack [9n5.gif]
Now I treat every meal or snack as my last and eat what I want, then I want :winedrinker:

I will assume, BG, that your healthy eating year was heavy in fibre which, if you are not conditioned to it can be hard on the digestive system and sometimes leading to …...er…..myocardial infarction.
This is just the doctor's way of telling you that you have stuffed far too much fibre far too soon into your gullet, spoiled by fast foods etc, over a number of years.

These things should be arranged slowly and gently.
