Oh gosh I am so sorry, I didn’t even realise I’d quoted the whole lot.
I’m not a giver of mass kisses, those three were given with lots of heartfelt love x 1956362r6lk147bwq.gif]

I'm sorry ... But I genuinely have no clue what you mean by your comment.

I'd guess he thinks that you're referring to the corrie storyline [shrug65465.gif]

Hugs xx

Ah, I see.
That would make sense.

Then no.
(Feel a little foolish now ... but totally unaware of that. Thanks for shedding some light. And the hugs are welcomed. I really miss being hugged ... so much Xx).

Utterly heartbroken for my friend and her daughter; husband and father just ... Gone. (Certainly forces a little perspective ... There but for the grace of God, as it were).

It's been an absolutely shitty day right from the early hours ... and I'm completely exhausted. Incompletely, if I'm being truly pedantic ... Pieces of me feel like they're no longer there.

Pretty numb and not functioning particularly well today anyway (lack of sleep probably not helpful) ... interspersed with bouts of uncontrollable tears of my own. I'm really not ok. I feel dreadful for walking away just now (she's being very well cared for ... I wouldn't have left them alone obviously) but I'm no longer being of any use.

To anybody ... seemingly.

I have nothing of any value to offer.
Neither wanted nor needed.

Today has affected me.
Immensely.
Irreparably, I suspect.

My head is filled with thoughts ... words ... memories ...
My heart ... Sadness and pain.

I will be hurting forever.
Truth.
How could I possibly not?

Please forgive me.
For inundating with emotional ramblings and feelings.
I'm done ... I promise.

I just needed to type the words out loud, so to speak.
Put font to screen, as it were ...
The irony of timing, yet again, raises a (somewhat wry) smile; had my final therapy session yesterday afternoon and subsequently discharged.

Lol.
Yeah.
Ha.

Shortest relapse in the history of womankind, I reckon.
Kidding ... I'll be fine, I'm sure.
But this day needs to be over.

Goodnight.
x

Sorry to hear about your friend and her daughter. That’s gonna be hard for them to come to terms with. I’m sure you’ll be there for them when they need it, and they’ll need support in the coming weeks and months, so you will be needed I’m sure. Xx

A young lad, 15, taking his own life for reasons unknown. Bullying has been mentioned, exam stress also, but who knows.

So sad.

Just awful, it’s becoming such a regular thing now, such a waste of a young life [sad.gif]

A friend has been worrying about her daughter, same age, and the pressure she feels under at school, the amount of homework and so on. The teachers changing deadlines at short notice, then scrapping the brief if anyone complains so that the work done is wasted. Kids mentioning the stress being told to man up, being teased in class should parents intervene, by the teachers! This lad was at a different school in the same town, well known and liked, had complained about the pressure of schoolwork and got a similar response.

There are a lot of parents in town having a chat with their kids tonight and hugging them a little closer for a little longer.

People forget romeo and juliet were originally 12 in the play. Back in 1597 when the play was written all the characters were under 30 like a modern street gang today.

I often think of the play when dealing with teenagers.

Why do young people believe there life is over at 16 if they fail an exam [shrug65465.gif]

It's not the schools or parents.... its their own peer group. The one lesson schools and parents should be teaching is how to handle failure....... success is easy.
