After looking online, right now its £100 per nite for one :whee:
In summer that will double :winedrinker:

But the people who are asking are friends and it won't be anywhere near that :crying:

I will need to talk to the person who talked me into this first :peekaboo:

I reckon your sister (the driver) is by now as pissed as a fart.
Pissed in charge of a boat......That's a hanging offence. [spank.gif]

There is a community on the canals and they all park up and moan [9n5.gif]

I did talk to her this evening and found out the boat is fine, she's just taking break after doing too many locks in the rain on her own. [rofl02.gif]

Later today one of her friends will arrive and they will finish the trip together :peekaboo:

It's becoming clear using a hand windlass is a bit much for her. Once the boats out of the yard, I'll add a cordless impact wrench to the boat just to make life easier

Never mind. Perhaps she will go off the idea, as women are prone to, when her back reacts to all those lochs!
Never know, you could sell it at a profit!

It won't be sold no matter what [9n5.gif]

Too many friends & family members are interested in it. Right now a few of them are moaning my sister is taking too long to bring it home and worried she will never leave it :wall:

The boat is booket into the yard for Monday, if she's nowhere near by Fri I will drag that tin can into the yard myself. [1744330pz84739fis.gif]

I'm still waiting for the right mooring to come up

Surely a shopping trolley has big holes over all of it, thus making it fairly impervious to gusting winds?
Bit like a tree; it might topple in Summer, it's leaves acting like a giant sail and remain safe in winter gales when it's spars (branches...a nautical term is spars) are bare.
You been sandbanked yet?
