Have you heard of them?

...and if so do you use them?

I wouldn't be able to sleep without one....it totally helps with stress and relaxing....it has a total calming affect....

Infact it feels like a big warm cozy hug only better...because I could never tolerate being fcuking hugged all night ...but these blankies have a safe feeling and I'm not sure what I'd do without it..

Mine is roughly 7 pounds...I think theyre normally 7-15% of your body weight .... Mine is 7% of my body weight..

These blankets are so comforting...I'll even need it in the hot summer nights.

I seriously suggest anyone getting one of these...especially if you suffer from anxiety...or anything of that nature...so comforting.

Produces like weighted blankets will not solve mental health issues [eusa_naughty.gif]

There marketed at those already with "issues". [9n5.gif]

It's not the weighted that makes you feel better it's the size actually. Its goes back to childhood when everything seem bigger. The idea is you "regress" back into your childhood sleep patterns and feel better

To be fair, weighted blankets fail to sell in the UK. People found it cheaper to put extra duvets in duvet covers or buy the next size up for there bed.

fcuk off DOA ya coont.....

I don't want extra duvets...or extra blankets...I explained what it is like for me.....I just spent days in the bed....I love it...it's like sharing a bed and snuggles without even sharing a bed or snuggles....and that's truly all I care about....it's amaze balls!

Would I recommend?

Totes fcuking Magotes!

I have better things to do at this time of night than make a cheesecake [9n5.gif]
And there a flight in 30 mins to Paris, its only £40 return......mite as well get the real thing [shrug65465.gif]

I'm no doctor, but I've spend a year on pills. There a point when there doing more harm than good. They affect the mind as well has the body and the side effects cause their own problems. :crying:

Unless you are taking them to stop you walking into a school and gunning down teachers like Miss Shipyway ( that biatch needs shooting), or your in continuous pain......... it may be time to talk to your doctor about reducing or cutting back on them.

If your taking any medication after 12 months you need to ask your doctor why

After 12 months use of the same medication the body starts to build up a tolerance and there effective can be reduced to 10%. At which point there there little good.

And I think this is whats happened with trazadone.

It is important to continue taking this medication as prescribed even if you feel well. To help you remember, take it at the same time(s) each day. Do not stop taking this medication without consulting your doctor. Anxiety, agitation, and trouble sleeping can occur if the drug is suddenly stopped.

I recommend weighted blankets and weighted vests to the little ones I work with who have Autistic Spectrum Disorder, Sensory Processing Disorder and ADHD, it’s a therapy that’s been used for a long time. It has a calming effect, the children can wear the vests during the day at school, helps prevent meltdowns. A lot of children with those conditions can not tolerate people touching them so the vests and blankets are kind of like you’re wearing a cuddle [thumbsup.png]
