I was going to post this last week but was catching up with other things.

Efoy fuel cell was rejected due to running costs and supply problems. They run on methanol and £80 for 10 ltr is way too much money.

Instead the Watt's system was installed on narrow boat. This unit runs on LPG and easier to souce and buy locally.

The other factor was cooking and heating. There's no diesel on the narrow boat. LPG combi boiler was installed along with a new heating system and cooker.

With no real weight issues to worry about, LGP seem the way to go. A pair of 48 kg LPG gas bottles wont make much difference to it.

Corsairs 880 on order for June 2020 will have the WATT system fitted too at the factory level. The 10 kg bottles will be used.
