When I look out my window at 6am, there people using rubber bands :blink:

So I looked it up on youtube :wink_smile:




Hmmmm well to me that seems a piss poor use for rubber. There are far better uses for rubber bands in the morning :snooty:

And I was talking to a teacher who told me they use them in schools too for pull up's and rope climbs [shrug65465.gif]




To me this all seems like cheating [spank.gif]


Over all, resistance bands are cheap to buy at a fiver each and unlike that set of weights got from argos at New Years and only used twice ....... easy to lose in a draw :whistle:

If you do want to try this out, be careful of the length you buy. The ones used in the BHF video are 208 cm long and cost a tenner each :rolleyes:
