Entertainers. With so much going on around the world..nice to just enjoy some laughter for a change, suspense or mystery.. Too many hardships for the many. Woes of society. What will this century continue to bring? Politics has always been around since beginning of time..leaders..science.. nice to throw this in the mix..entertainers! Good distraction..

You can't really say who is the greatest. impossible. You can say who is ones favourite.
For example who is the greatest, Michael Angelo or Vermeer? See what I mean. Shakespear or Dickens? Darwin or Attenborough? It's just not something one can decide. In medicine, Alexander Fleming or Edward Jenner?

Let's just be thankful for them!

I know who I think is the greatest out of the choices they present in each category

Alexander Fleming. Wasnt he the thick Jock that invented penicillin without realising its potential and it was 10 years after he'd given up on his work as a lost cause that somebody actually found a use for it in humans?

""Alexander Fleming was the first to suggest the Penicillium mould must secrete an antibacterial substance, and the first to concentrate the active substance which he named penicillin in 1928, and during the next twelve years he grew and distributed the original mould, but he was not the first to use its properties in medicine.""

Someone has to take the first step!
