In a world of £150,000 a week premiership wages, 17 years olds on £30,000 a week and billions spent on transfers and millions on agents fees, this story caught my eye. The lower leagues and their fans keeping it real and living in the real world, where £1,000 is a hell of a lot of money.

He is not 53 years old, roaming around Blackpool causing mayhem pissed on cheap cider and using up valuable police and A+E resources.
