the jordan billionaire was asked as he has bought bristol rovers
he said"why not i was there at wembley when they brought 40,000
the nucleus is there".
so are the rovers going to become the noisy neighbours of bristol?
I for one certainly hope so [thumbsup.png]

Is the money deffo there this time?

I seem to remember Sol Campbell signing for em a few years back, and all sorts of talk about other players that were gonna sign which didn't materialise.

well ive been a footy fan for eons
and two of the many things ive noticed or heard
is 1
the north east is the "hot bed" of football
oh really is it,well you better turn your electric blankets on then.. ive never known newcastle win anything [shrug65465.gif]
sunderland,,,erm oh as a kid won the fa cup against the cloggers
and those smoggy idiots who pretend they are north east well they are just about geographically but still 35 miles away from sunderland, middlesbro, wtf have they ever won
hotbed my 9 and a quarter
moving onto bristol
a city far far bigger than little manchester
google it
wtf have they ever won between them?
even the people what do they do down there?
they have no comedians,no famous bands,no fck all
all their claim to fame is,an auld navy saying oh its all shipshape and bristol fashion, and a benny hillesque expression "ooh ar look at the bristols on her"
which i beleive is rhyming slang for bristol citys, titties
truly gut wrenching and pathetic.

Im not saying Bristol rovers fans are gullible but four years ago heres what they were promised by the owners the so called cash rich al quid family.
We will get you a new ground.
We are going to buy a new training ground.
We will be the top team in Bristol in five years and be in the prem.
Needless to say four years down the line they haven't done any of the above.
Seems the straw that broke the camels back was this summer they promised to spend 2 million on the team, they spent 300k.
Anyway these misfits have finally woken up and are calling for them to go.
On Thursday someone rang in radio Bristol I think it may have been a city fan and said james dyson is meeting the rovers chairmen to buy the club as we speak.

This sent the sub humans into a frenzy dyson is the richest man in the south west fortune of 9 .5 billion.

Did i mention they are gullible?

Heres mr dysons comments from the back page of the bristol evening post yesterday.

I have never been to a football match in my life and i dont wish my name to be used in conjucture with bristol rovers, I do not no how these rumours started but theres no truth in it whatsoever.

Well said james.
