That's one fight he's not gonna win - Halliday's the fan who grew up going to Ibrox and is now playing for the club he loves. You don't fall out with someone who the fans see as one of their own, especially if you're not playing out of your skin.

I remember watching the City v QPR game. Didn't he kick Aguerro on the way off the pitch, or was it the kick that got him red carded? I can't remember exactly, but that late goal - in what was a tighter game than I thought it would be - was final day drama at its finest. I remember, later on, watching Paul Merson reacting to it (or trying to, at least!)

Looks like we're in for another exciting round of 'Who did what and when and why it cancels everything else out' after the Aberdeen game this afternoon.

Nothing like a Rangers defeat to bring a Celtic fan out of hibernation

Everyone wants to talk Rangers :proud:

I'll bet a pound to a penny, Alan Stubbs wished he'd stayed north of the border..

Can't blame the guy for wanting to test the waters, but two seasons in the Championship (and the Scottish cup win was against a marginally better than the rest fellow Championship side) isn't ideal preparation for stepping up a level. Maybe another year or two at Hibs would have served him better.

It'll be interesting to see where he ends up next, but I reckon he'll either have to come back up to Scotland (where to, I've no idea) or drop down the English leagues and hope he doesn't fall off the radar. Honestly? If Warbs was to leave, I'd welcome him at Rangers. Though I imagine I'm in a minority of one. Hibs and Falkirk were the most consitent performers last season.

Scott Allan must also be wondering where it all went so wrong.

Normal service has resumed at the top of the SPL. Rangers boosting their credentials against Hearts, but Celtic are flying and I can't see anyone taking that crown from them, anytime soon.

Celtic also have three games in hand, so I can't see them being caught this season either. Looks like Mark Warburton is finally starting to realise that once teams have figured out how to play against you, it's madness to stick to your guns as a show of defiance. I can see a few exits from Ibrox in January as he looks to be learning his best team. I wouldn't be surprised to see Waghorn and/or Michael O'Halloran leave.

He'll want to persevere with Garner given the money paid for him, McKay's starting to rediscover some form and Miller effectively picks himself. Dodoo has age on his side, whereas Waghorn and O'Halloran might have to start thinking about their careers before everyone else - including the club that pays their wages - forgets about them. Midfield is starting to look a bit crowded too, especially since Tavenier played there today and got an assist for the second goal.

You don't have to. Feel free to pass comment on it, though [thumbsup.png]
